Also known as the Delmonico Steak, our Ribeye is a steak cut from the end of the rib roast. When cut into steaks, the Ribeye is one of the most popular, juiciest and flavorful steaks. Meat from the rib section is tender and fattier (also refered to as being "marbled") than other parts of the steer. This extra fat makes the Ribeye especially tender.
