Porterhouse

Our Porterhouse is a very popular crosscut steak from the rear end of the short loin that some people refer to as "two steaks in one." On one side is a fork-tender subtly flavored Filet Mignon & the other, a firm-to-the-knife, robustly flavored NY Strip. The two are divided by a long, white "T-Bone", which imparts a delicious, subtle flavor. The name originated from the days when it was served in pubs & ale houses along with a dark beer called "porter" |
